Domino's Biggera Waters

Pleasantly surprised at the delicious pizza. Crispy, rich of toppings and overall delicious. Good job! Quick service and friendly staff.

Would never return. Never accept Dominoes advertised deals. Pizza had chilli in it, I assume to say F......K u, don’t complain.

This store should be closed as it does not promote the Dominoes brand.

We have enjoyed Dominoes pizza for many years in Sydney and having moved to the Gold Coast have been very disappointed with the poor quality of food.

Went to order 3 pizzas. I like to support local business. Manager yelled repeatedly from front to back of store. Doors continually slamming. The young boy serving could hear me not me him to take my order. I asked the manager could he stop yelling for a minute so I could place my order. His response “ if it’s too loud don’t come here - this is how we work”!. I asked to speak to his manager or the owner. He pointed me to another worker with a beard. I asked him was he happy for this guy to speak to me like that. His response “ if it’s too loud for you order on line”. While I asked was I serious the other guy walked to the register , pushed a button and said “cancel the order, get out of my store”. I was go smacked! Who treats their customers like this? This man is rude, arrogant and has no people skills. I would never employ him. He doesn’t deserve his job. It looked like everyone else in the store were afraid of him. When my husband heard him yelling at me ( he was outside the store) he came in to see what was up. The manager threatened him and we left. Low life. No good review from me :( zero stars and I’ll be making sure others don’t go there as well.

People yelling out from front to back of store coming area. Slamming doors . Could even hear the young boy who was trying to serve me. Eventually I asked the guy yelling to stop so I could order. He said if it’s too loud don’t come here - this is how we work. I asked to speak to the manager who did not support me. Said I could order online if I didn’t like it. I asked was he serious and the other guy came and said cancel the order and told me to get out of his shop. I asked the other guy who was supposedly the manager and he said “ he’s a manager he can do what he wants”. The guy the threatened my husband who heard him yelling at me from outside of the store. Other customers commented on how rude he was. Low life arrogant guy with no people skills. I will never go back to any Dominos store again and will discourage everyone local to avoid that shop. I’d give 0 stArs if I could!
