A Complete Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs!



I rarely write reviews, but my experience with [Dealership Name] was so outrageously terrible that I feel compelled to warn others. This place is nothing short of a scam and should be shut down. If you're considering purchasing from them, DON’T DO IT.



From the moment I bought my vehicle, it was clear that I had made a massive mistake. The car I received was nothing short of a LEMON. It was riddled with mechanical issues that were clearly present before purchase, but I was lied to and misled. This dealership knowingly sold me a car that was unfit for the road, and when I attempted to reach out for assistance, I was met with complete disinterest and a total lack of professionalism.



What followed was a truly disturbing series of events that can only be described as dodgy and deceptive. The dealer tried every trick in the book to escape their legal obligations, including trying to void the warranty and avoid fulfilling all of their responsibilities under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the Motor Vehicle Consumer Code of Conduct (MVCCA). It was clear that they were intentionally trying to evade any responsibility whatsoever at every turn.



Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was completely stonewalled. Calls and emails went unanswered, and when I finally did get in touch with the dealer, I was met with lies and dishonesty at every turn. The dealer’s attitude was appalling – they showed no concern for my situation, and it was obvious they were just trying to get rid of me.



It’s not just the car that’s a disaster – it’s the entire dealership. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and downright hostile when you question their shady practices. This experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. I’ve never encountered such a vile and treacherous operation.



To sum it up: Avoid this dealership at all costs. They have zero regard for the law, customer satisfaction, or basic decency. To avoid being ripped off and misled, save yourself the trouble and please steer clear. Trust me – you'll be better off. Would rate minus (-5) stars if I was able to here.

Pest place to buy any cars

Bought a beautiful Toyota Corolla from Glen yesterday and can say 100% that he goes above and beyond for you highly recommend Gold Coast car yard to anyone out there looking to buy a car!

Do not buy from here. Read reviews. All similar problems. Selling faulty cars then arguing about it. Dodgy owner ripping off people for their money and dodgy finance.
