I am so overwhelmed at the amazing service. From the very first phone call only yesterday afternoon, Kylie was on the ball and saved me with my Samsung warranty repair. This was even more impressive because no other approved repairer would help me.



Kylie had the parts already in stock, which hasn’t happened with other repairers I’ve dealt with before, and organized Brent and he phoned ahead today and arrived this morning exactly on time- just like Kylie said he would.
