Complete Gardens

I am VERY disappointed with the owner of The Complete Garden, Birtinya. LAST week, I spent an enormous amount of money in this store. One item costing over $1500. I asked for a discount which he obliged giving me 10% off. I thought this to be fair. On the other items I purchased, some he gave 10% off, some not. Yesterday, I brought my friend there who I had informed there were items there she would like. I too, was going to purchase some more items. To our surprise, there was 20% off storewide. Business is business, I am aware of this. But, the owner would have been aware that his business was going to have 20% off storewide and out of courtesy could have informed me of this, saving me quite a few hundred dollars. I was disappointed for his lack of ethics and knowing that word of mouth is the best advertising ever, thus, I am writing this review. We did not purchase anything yesterday and we will not be returning to this store. We all try to do our best, shopping locally and helping small businesses to keep them going. An VERY unsatsified customer.
