Have used eco for a while now, we have other companies telling thus they can do a better deal and they look at our phone bill and leave. techs are great too.

Chose these guys when we went NBN last year, only ones who could explain everything, they took care of it all, was very worried after hearing all the NBN horror stories but we had a seamless changeover, am saving money and getting local service. would highly recommend.

I have to agree with BOZ C- had exactly the same experiences. I decided not to proceed with their service contract in year 2 & boy it's expensive. Sure I saved money on phone bill however, no idea how much business been lost. I am moving on to another supplier. GMM Maleny

Great sales team with potentially a great product, unfortunately thats where it ends. Once they have the sale they do not care about you in the slightest, the phone lines are hard to hear and crackly at random, do not convert from message bank to phone calls when theyre supposed to meaning missed business, and we have found them to be extremely rude and arrogant. Highy recommend finding a different provider.
