Beds For Tails

Our pets have stayed with Angelina and Steve countless times over the last 15 years. We travel for work so to find somewhere our pets love to stay is gold. Over the years we’ve had puppies, old dogs and sick dogs (including a broken leg) and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure they’re happy. Couldn’t speak more highly of our experiences.

Ripped off by these people. My wife dropped off our 2 Cavoodles on a Sat @ ~ 1.20 pm, then my son collected them 4 days later on a Wed @ ~ 12 pm (times previously agreed to by the company. By any reasonable standard, as used by other dog resorts, human hotels and even dodgy rental car companies, that gives a total of 4 day/nights booking. However Beds for Tails classed this as 5 days (as the dogs were there for "part of each day") and so charged an extra night for each of our dogs. We're only talking about a total of $100 overcharging, though this business principles still extend to "ripping people off". When your business principles appear to less ethical than the infamous rental car companies, you know you're in trouble as a business. You certainly won't be doing that again to us or any of our friends, colleagues, work associates etc etc.
