I was 38 weeks pregnant when our air con decided to break down - right in the peak of summer! Not happy Jan! Thankfully with the service provided by Nortan particularly Vanessa, they had restored our air con within the next 7 days which is pretty amazing considering they had to order the parts, wait for the parts and put up with me calling them nearly everyday! Vanessa understood my position as not having air con and towards the last wks of my pregnancy, I was swelling and very uncomfortable. She was just brilliant! Thank you Vanessa and Norton, I can now go in labour knowing I'll be returning my baby to a coooool house. few!

We bought a ducted heating and cooling system from Nortan 4 years ago and have found their after-sales service even better than their excellent installation services.
We have had two free call-outs to replace parts even after the warranty expired. Just today we had a visit to explain that our over-eager moggy has torn a section of ducting to shreds and needs to be replaced. Despite having to crawl under our low house in the mud and grime we were not charged for the inspection!
I have no hesitation recommending Nortan and have done so to numerous of my friends.

I first used Nortan to undertake maintenance on 3 quite old Air-Conditioning units located at a commercial building in the city, they successfully repaired the units even though spare parts were not readily available. On this basis I decided to seek their advice on a problem that I have experienced for some years in my apartment Air-Conditioning unit that 2 other well know air-con companies were unable to fix saying that parts are no longer available therefore the unit cannot be repaired. Not a problem to Terry Byron from Nortan he attended at site himself and within approximately 45mins had identified the problem and successfully sourced an alternative part that enabled the unit to operate as designed. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nortan as being reliable, resourceful and honest.

l had Norton out here today to service and repair my old central heating unit and was absolutely delighted with them. They quoted me $99 for the call out and that included an hour of work!! Another company came out and charged me $415 just for quoting me!!! l will not pay them.
The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and the guy appeared very experienced and knew his job well. Thankyou once again and will keep your number for the future.

I was very happy with our Nortan service and the technician. Happened when I wanted, system working well and we have all moved on warm and happy ever after.

I waited 13 hours in total over two days waiting for a heater repairman to show up. Nobody from the company bothered to call me to let me know what was happening. I had to call them. I will never hire Nortan again.
