Had a service for my tv .told no problem ,charged 33.00 ,when picked up, the Power cord was not returned with the tv,so called ,as I had to come from Deloraine .
No apologies when I called , front counter lady is so rude,gave me a cord told me never to come back.in all my years of retail I have never received such poor service

Front of house lady should not be in the service industry
She is rude and tells untruths, I hope her employer contacts me
