Bob's Airport Shuttle & Mini Bus Service

Bobs airport shuttle service is incompetent . If your flight is delayed , Bobs airport shuttle service does not wait , nor do they advise you that they won't wait. You are left stranded.

Further they refuse to refund for not providing service and blame the airline and suggest you claim a refund through the airline.



I strongly do not recommend this company, they are clearly incompetent and people need to be aware of this.

After confirming our pickup time, in writing, we waited in the designated spot, as per the map provided. After 15mins, we called & text, no answer to anything. 30mins went by, finally the phone was answered by the rudest, most aggressive piece of *#$! we have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He ($@#!) argued with us, told me I had the time wrong (not according to HIS CONFIRMATION EMAIL!!), I was called names & told to follow the instructions (we had already done this). Sadly, this was prepaid or I would have found another method of transport in an instant!!
Almost 1 hour after our SPECIFIED pickup time, our driver arrived (poor man, his boss is an *insert-swear-word*). We then had to walk with our family & 78yr grandmother to ANOTHER pickup spot as the map Mr *#$! gave us to follow was WRONG & they are not allowed to stop to pick up there.
I would NOT recommend this business to anyone needing a shuttle service. Clearly, customer service is at gutter-level priority, as is evident by the very long list of negative reviews.
