Organised to have chimney cleaned. Didn't turn up at organised time. Came when it was dark and said couldn't do it. Reorganised for two days later. Got message something had come up couldn't come. Reorganised fir the Saturday. Never turned up. No communication. Several days later messaged him as to why no show. He has never replied. Pity as had used him years ago and was helpful. Sadly he has let me down.
