Coffee Emporium The

Worst service I have ever come across. The manager and his team are absolutely appalling and made my friend cry with their horrible comments about her. We simply asked them for a refund as we had been waiting for a good 45 minutes for our drinks and we couldn't wait any longer as we had to go to an appointment. We politely explained our problem only for the man to exclaim "Oh, not another impatient one!" and continue with other horrible insults under his breath. The lady at the cash register handed back our money only to get the amount wrong. We calculated it with our phone to prove that she was in the wrong only for her to say snarky remarks in return. Absolutely unacceptable! Five minutes later, they finally realised that they had provided us with the wrong amount, and literally threw the rest in our hands.
Worst experience I have ever had at any cafe/restaurant/dining area! If I could give this cafe a zero, I would. It ruined our day and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Stay as far away from this place as you can!
