Red Lily Floral Design

I had Red Lily do my wedding flowers this year, and unfortunately I don't recommend them whatsoever. I had a very poor experience, was extremely disappointed & upset with their service.

Basically, all the details were confirmed via email months in advanced & they informed me they understood - this wasn't the case. They completely messed up my order. Made 3 bouquets instead of 7, called 15 minutes before heading to my house to confirm numbers. When I told them that was obviously incorrect, they were in complete denial & blamed it on me.

They agreed to make more, and came over with extra bouquets in the end (still ONE LESS than what I needed/paid for mind you).

What was evident though, was that they made the extra flowers by pulling apart what they had already done, & stretched them out to double the amount of bouquets. Leaving all bouquets looking flat, different sizes & all small.

They argued with me, my mum & my aunty, swore at us, hung up on us, told us things like "business transaction over" and "we're blind". They weren't willing to fix their mistake. We had solid proof in emails (thank god) of exactly what we ordered, but they refused to acknowledge their mistake.

My girls bouquets were so disappointing, maid of honours looked the worst - and I had paid extra for more detailing on hers. I was devastated when she had to hold one of the worst looking bouquets.

I spent my wedding night & morning calling 24 hour florists to try & fix the problem. In the end we had to manipulate the bouquets & make do.

Overall incredibly bad business sense & total lack of professionalism, a height in which I've never experienced! I was surprised as they were so professional during the planning.

I'm so happy my day was fantastic with many amazing suppliers - but it wasn't something anyone would need/want the night before your wedding, and certainly not what you pay good money for. A mistake is a mistake, it's how you deal with it that gives true insight on business sense.
