Pamela's Cakes

When booking a birthday cake with Pamela from Pamela's Cakes, I was immediately put at ease by Pamela herself. She was so easy to talk to and showed great enthusiasm for all of my ideas. Needless to say I booked her on the spot! Communication was a breeze right up to the day and Pamela goes out of her way to be helpful.

So I was all the more delighted when I went to pick up my cake and it was decorated beautifully. It looked exactly how I wanted. My only regret was that I would have to cut it up to serve it! It really was a piece of edible art.

So i was all the more delighted when I tasted it and it was divine! We ordered the gluten free chocolate cake and it was moist and light with a beautiful taste. Everyone (even the gluten free sceptics) thought that it was delicious. Which I feel is rare as you often find beautifully decorated cakes can be lacking in taste but not Pamela's.

Honestly I can not recommend Pamela or her cakes highly enough! I certainly will be going back to Pamela, and only Pamela, for all my professional cake needs from this time on. Thank you Pamela for making my dream cake a reality.
