Metro Storage Bondi Junction

I rented a large locker here. One day water flowed into and through my locker and I lost $4000 worth of goods. The managers knew of this happening before (evidence of sealant and rust at the location of the leak) but acted ignorant and told be it had been rainy that day and that it was all my own risk.



The manager was also extremely rude and aggressive every time I would see him.



Altogether I overpaid for the horrible locker (low headroom, high humidity, very expensive), I hated the customer experience, and I lost $4000 worth of goods, which they took no responsibility for.



If you value your possessions, your money and your sanity, for the love of god, please do not rent a locker here.
