Sail Plus Shade

Recently purchased a domestic shade, the quote was prompt and so was the service up to and including the installation. At that pointy would have rated them a 10 out of 10. However this all changed when I contacted them for after sales service. I was told I would receive a phone call re my issue. This never happen. Ten days later re phoned and was told someone would come out and inspect the sale. Time has passed and I have no one has come to inspect my sale nor contact me. This leaves me to conclude the company is only interested in getting the money and then the customer becomes invisible. Given this I would have trouble recommending this company.
