      Sold a very poor product -Refused to honour defective product under warranty.

      We purchase a new tractor from Dovers 1 year ago under warranty. The Tractor included a Daken Open Counter weight which Dovers filled with concrete. The welds were poor and metal very thin which spit open. The tractor Case IH 55JXM had less than 100 hrs used for hobby farm. The Dover mechanic visited on site and he agreed we did not damage. Dovers contacted Daken who came back with no warranty applicable -stating we drove the tractor too fast. Tractor is used 10-15km hr at best. Cost us $400.00 to repair. Thanks Dover for violating consumer laws of Queensland. Shame on you -we spent over $300K on new tractors and equipment in the last 5 years.
