Very pleased with the response and work done to replace our failed h/w heater. Service Technicians worked quickly and installed a different heater in no time. "Taylor" was very pleasant and helpful.

I have a faulty on switch on an LG Oven/Microwave. They said I had to pay a quote fee of $ 88.00 then the labour and parts
needed for the repair. Absolute rip off. Paul W

In a word appalling! Very rude seemingly uncaring staff.had to wait 4 months to be told they were unable to source oven jet after sending wrong jets which were installed.cost a fortune have no oven after 4 months!!absolute muppets!do not use these clowns!!!
