Holiday Rental Specialists

We are very disappointed with Holiday Rental Specialists. If we had another chance to book accomodation for our family holiday we would not be choosing a place managed by them. Our family lives in a restricted LGA and has been out of work for the past 10 weeks. We have kindly asked to move our accomodation to early next year from October as we are currently experiencing strict restrictions with no road map out. Holiday Rental Specialists have not been accomodating and want to charge us $500 for moving our travel date. The situation is out of control and has impacted everyone in a different way. The ''usual' terms and conditions should be flexible. We are not asking for a refund, just merely a change of date without being charged a substantial fee. We don't want to miss out on a new date in early 2022 as most weekends are already booked out! They have sent us the same response 4 x without acknowledging our situation and not picking up any calls.
