2 words: RIP OFF. They put a price tag of $6 for a stem of hydrangeas and most of the hydrangeas on display are small anyway. When I picked a bigger stem, the sales assistant said that one I picked is $10 because it is bigger. I refused to buy it (of course) and commended that the hydrangeas most likely won't be sold (it was 2:30 pm) so why not let me have it. She replied, "No, we will use it to make a bouquet". I was like "Okay, so you use 1 or 2 days old flowers for a bouquet. So your bouquets are simply not fresh." I didn't buy the $10 hydrangeas of course. I will never buy anything from this shop. 2 reasons: 1) They raise the price whenever they want .. this is ridiculous. 2) The woman's attitude is terrible and she simply just wanted to rip people off.

My advice is - Go somewhere else .. there are many florists in Box Hill. Go to a good one and make your money well spent and be treated nicely.
