Happy Eyes

Have been a regular customer for the past years. Workmanship is normally up to standard. However, the prescription sunglasses I collected last week was bad. Lens are not probably cut and are not attached closely to the frame. There are long gaps around the lens and the frame. Also a wire is sticking out from the edge that is close to the nose. It is obvious health and safety is not complied. When I confronted with the owner Andy. He said it was supposed to be like that. I do not agree with his comment. I have also consulted with the other optical professional and they all said this pair of optical is faulty and not acceptable. However, Happy Eyes are not preparing to rectify this issue. Very disappointed and unhappy they treated a regular customer this way!!!
