Hit The Switch

I called Steven from Hit The Switch to provide us with a quote to upgrade our very old switchboard and replace all our existing down lights through out the house with LED ones. He arrived on time, presented very well. He even wore shoe covers prior to coming in the house. He assessed the job and even climbed in the roof and showed us photos of our electrical wiring and the insulation and leaves around the down lights.
Steven and his team completed all the electrical works that we needed. They even removed our leaves. The LED lights they provided and the switchboard up grade looks and feels great. They even vacuumed, and steamed mopped the house.
My wife and i didnt feel the need to get another quote from anyone else. We new when Steven first walked in for the quote that he was the right electrician for us.
The whole experience was absolutely sensational. We will continue to use Hit The Switch for all our electrical jobs and we recommend them to anyone.

I'm very impressed by the level of professionalism and passion Steve and his team brings to my renovation project. I had him install smoke alarms and a new switchboard to an old house. I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. I was originally referred by a colleague to have my house rewired and have since used him on my investment property several times. I have also referred him to other friends, family and work colleagues without hesitation, who have all been extremely happy with him and his work. He is honest, professional, reliable, friendly, punctual, communicative and unbelievably hard-working. I had no reservations leaving him in my home alone (with my noisy dog) while I went to work in order to pay his reasonably priced invoice. He goes above and beyond for everybody! If there were more tradesmen/people like him, the world would be a better place.

This is about the fourth time I have used Steve and his team at Hit the Switch. This time was a complete re-wire of out 1950s house. As always Steve carried out the work with the professionalism and committment that I have come to expect. A great job with friendly and informed advice. Steve clearly cares about his reputation and it shows.

Exceeded my expectation 300%. Faulty switch caused us without power from the night before. Called Hit The Switch next morning, Steven was here as quickly as he could to diagnose the issue even though he had another job booked. Fixed the issue temporarily before returning in the evening to complete the job and gave a thorough investigation and found the problem to be originating from the street supply. He even called my power company and they came within 2 hours to fix the fused switch box on the street. Very happy with the reasonable fees and his professionalism in explaining the way our wiring works (old house). Highly recommendable and will definitely use Hit The Switch again!

Couldn't recommend Steve and his team more. We had our Brick Veneer home rewired and Steve did a superb job. He was always attentive to detail, looking for ways to improve our layout and would check with us on all items, no matter how small. Always onsite when he said he would be there and when the job was completed they left the house clean which was a great surprise. We will only use Steve and the Hit The Switch team for all future electrical services.

The Steven knows his stuff, keeps informed on what he is doing. Heater's thermostat had gone faulty, he quickly diagnosed it, went and bought a replacement and changed it. He is a hard working and friendly guy. Highly recommended.

He gave us a resonable quote, turned up when he said he would and carried out the work to a very high standard. He even came back and made an adjustment when asked.
