Great business

I am a student, and I came across this company earlier this year as I was looking for a car to accommodate my short stay for one year with my family in Canberra. I met Chris and he advised me to take this Commodore Holden though it is old (2001) but depending if I keep watchful eye on oil and coolant to be top up every week. I promised Chris I will do that then I bought the car for $2000 in January with good to go rego until end of Oct. Now I am one month to go and the old Holden has never fail me ever since day one. I even drove to Sydney and Wollongong few times. Whenever I needed the mechanical assistance to check up oil leakage, I called Chris and Chris immediately arranged a mechanic to sort out my problem. I went back last week to Chris asking to help me with the rego renewal and changing from NSW to ACT registration. Chris happily assisted my request and sort it out in one day. The excellent part of dealing with Mr Chris and this company is the willingness to help my situation and the offering of alternative option if option one fails. Chris is always willing to help in solving the problem especially people like myself which not employed but under scholarship funding. Well done Chris with the Braddon Auto Mart and keep up the excellent service for the community. You earned my respect and good memories of Australia.

Planing to travel OS for a while we decided to sell our BMW 320d, I contacted Chris who said that he could sell it on consignement for the price we wanted. Two weeks later I received a check for the amount. I found Chris very helpful and knowledgeable. We live in Braddon and pass the yard every day and the cars seems to change every few days, they must sell a lot of cars. We were very pleased with Braddon Auto Mart.
If we need a car on our return, we will be checking this yard for a good quality one with low kms.

It is a shames that this website do not accept negative review and the lowest grade i can do is 'Okay'. But seriously Braddon Auto Mart is awful. I bought two cars there. First car was a 1997 Lexus for 5000 with 300000 km, without a wheel cover, and the dealer called Bob said he will fix that very soon. However, he did NOT fix it even after I sold the Lexus. During the time, the battery died once and he refused to pay for it.
I was soooooo siilly that i trusted this business so much. After I sold the car because of its high petrol consumption (im a student), I bought a second car from the same place. A guy whose name is Chris or Allen or something introduced me a 1996 Ford Fairlane Ghia for 5500 with 200000 km. That was absolutely a nightmare. Before I buy, the two reverse mirrors were broken and the dealer said he would fix it up. Again he did not and he just told me that it is too expensive to fix it up, wtf. Then again, battery was dead in two weeks. The worst thing was that the dealer did not tell me that the car had a LEAKY ENGINE. I did not know that because the Repco service station helped the dealer to hide the secret when the first service is done by them. After half a year, I did a service in K-mart in Belconnen and they told me it was not safe to drive such a car with such a leaky engine. And they also told me that this car was going to fail a RWC test!
Then i just sold the car for 1100 to a guy. I am just a student and I know nothing about cars. I trusted the dealer so much and they just kept disappointed me. The only reason for me to buy from a dealer was that I thought there will be more safe to buy. But it turned out to be wrong with sooooo many surprises. This dealer has been a professional lier. He hide all the secret about oil consumption, real condition about the cars and anything.
I just bought my third car from a private seller because I do not trust dealer anymore thanks to Braddon Auto Mart.
