At our first meeting with Hugh we clicked. We had seen one of his award winning designs in O'Connor and another house he designed in Royalla. Working with Hugh was easy and his design transformed our brief into an amazing sun and space filled beach house. We thoroughly recommend Hugh Gordon.

We were impressed with one of Hughs houses that we had seen, so we gave him our brief. We wanted something that met our interests in environmentally sustainable, solar passive housing that was both elegant and honest. Hughs design met all of our requirements - making the most of our views to the Brindabellas, with fantastic energy efficiency, and a timeless elegance and minimal upkeep. He clearly met the challenge, designing something that was the result of really understanding our interests (including the $) and principles. I look forward to enjoying our retirement in a house that will keep us living in our own home for a long time and loving every minute of it.

Hugh was the first architect I met who was using 3D software to design homes. This made it much easier to see what the home would look like before getting into all the details. Hes a very approachable, understands Council requirements and always had time to sit down and go through his designs.

I can highly recommend Hugh Gordon and have referred friends and colleagues who have been happy with his designs.
