If I could give Ben less than 1 star I would. We engaged Ben and his team to build our shed house. He gave us a timeframe and quoted a weekly amount. We should have been concerned when the start date came and went and when he didn't return phone calls or emails.



When he did start the shed was supposed to take a week and a half to lock up. He turned up for 2 days then disappeared. He then turned up sporadically over 4 weeks most times with no communication at all. When we questioned him over some of the work he told us that the alignment was within tolerance and that not all bolts had to be installed. We questioned the integrity of the build and he confirmed it was all ok.



After disappearing for a week after being paid, he sent a text message to say he wasnt coming back. We had several builders come out to do an inspection and they all confirmed that what had been built was defective and had to be re-done. After 4 weeks we had a quarter of a shed built that needed to be rebuilt.



We have now started legal proceedings as we have had to pay for another builder to fix Ben's major mistakes. Be careful as he does work for large Shed Companies and most local builders are aware of him and his work.



We have copies of the report and photos if anyone wants to read/see it.

Ben and his crew had our shed up in 3 days... even the rain didn't hold them up! It's also lovely to work with trades with strong people skills. Keep up the great work.
