These people are extremely rude. They fixed my air conditioner but when it was reinstalled there was a loud noise coming from it. This noise was incredibly annoying yet they said it was nothing to do with them and refused to fix the problem, expecting me to put up with the horrible noise for hours on end.

Bill, Phil and their team of technicians are very friendly and extremely professional. We recently had our 4 split systems serviced by them and we didn't realise, until then, what a 'proper' service actually was. The technicians are very well trained and carry out a very thourough and complete service with every care. I would not even consider using anyone else. This is what service should be like!

I have worked closely with Phil for over twenty years now and have always found the tradesmens skills to be of the highest quality.
They only use quality parts and materials which means the installations will last for many years.
They have installed five mitsubishi units for me personally and they manage the maintenance on the units when it is required.

Called Airforce for a quote for supply and installation of air conditioners, Bill arrived on said time, explaining best positions for equipment and size requirements and the coordination of electrician, then emailed quote. Due to Bill's attention to detail and openness, we went ahead with Airforce who completed the installation of units in one very hot day. I would use and recommend Bill and his offsider Brenden from Airforce for air conditioning, their workmanship was of the highest order, a 5 star organization.

Yesterday, one of your technicians Ben, called and serviced our two Panasonic air-conditioning split system units. Ben's professionalism, expertise and courtesy was outstanding! He worked hard the whole time he was here, repaired the units to maximum working power and our house is now lovely and cool again, not only that, Ben kept his working area clean, got on well with our dog and did not let him out of the gate, and cleaned up very well when he was finished his work. I would like to pass on my thanks to Ben for a great tradesman experience, one that I will remember, and pass on to my friends.

Last week Brenton from Airforce Pty Ltd arrived on time to carry out servicing on
our air conditioners.

I haven't been this impressed with a company for quite some time.
Brenton was polite and friendly. He was extremely thorough in the servicing of the units and his carefulness in keeping surrounding areas clean was much appreciated. The cost for the quality of service was very reasonable. Bill and Phil (the owners),are a pleasure to deal with.They are customer focussed and nothing is too much trouble.
