I had someone who represented your company come out to fix the panel double door, he drove me to the bank for the $300, then after he left he was required to come back the following day and replace motor and track, promptly drove me back to the ATM for a further $750, when it stopped working he said he would be here in a month. Very stupid mistake not getting his name or a receipt.
Getting another company, they showed how I was given second hand replacements and no switch on the wall hopefully the new parts will be reinstalled tomorrow. It was clear where he cut it and screwed to make it fit.
I would not recommend the Northside Brisbane representative ever. This was the phone number on the door when installed.

Avoid B&Ds "durable" timber look garage doors. The timber look coating is unable to withstand bat or bird droppings - the timber look simply peels off. After-sales support from B&D representatives is non-existent. Please note - we did not purchase our door through QRD, we simply wish to warn people not to buy a B&D timber look garage door through any outlet.

I have to express absolute disappointment with these people (QRD Queensland Roller Doors of 16 Belconnen Cres, Brendale QLD 4500). I am a Defence spouse and have been for 29 years. My husband tried to have our roller doors fixed last year in September/October. At that time we were looking to replace the doors because they were getting stuck going up and down. They came out and serviced them. At the time remember telling my husband that I thought it odd that one of the doors was not going fully down. At the time, I did not realise that one of the locks were not going into the side hole because the door had been realigned wrong because we trusted these people. In the last couple of days I realised what had happened. Lucky because if the door was aligned right and the lock in the side hole, the burglars would have gotten in. They could not shift the door because one side was locked, thankfully. There attempts on the other door was more prominent with the lock damage but because both rods were in the lock holes they could get the door to shift. Both doors have had their locks replaced, however I need the one door realigned properly to fully secure our property. Now I have been told by QRD Queensland Roller Doors or B&D Roller Doors (whatever they wish to be called), that they are unable to tell me when they can come out to service the doors again and they will call me. Some people work for a living and need to go to work sometimes. Great product, very, very poor service and very, very poor care factor by a company with 25 years experience. It'll be right mate mentality, the product will see us through! All the best for your future B&D Roller Doors!
