I was rear ended & was sent here. They were suspose to replace two rear panels, exhaust pipe & reinforcement bar. My friend who is spray painter, panel beater by trade had a look & showed me that they hadn't replaced it. They have glue/staple it back together whatever you call it and putted it back up & sanded it back than painted it. You can also see the line marks of were I was hit & dust all over the new susposed new panel. They never replaced the reinforcement bars at all. My friend showed me under the car were the sticker lives when they replace parts. They have ripped the sticker off and put a fake sticker on it. Also my exhaust smells like it is burning still. Also I have camera footage of one of your employees speeding in my car. And lastly they disconnect my cameras when they realised it had cameras! It has audio of them saying their in the back and front. Their was zero reason for them to turn off my cameras. lastly their reception is disgusting
Also go too all their reviews and it is the same stuff over and over.

I would have given 0 stars but that was not option. I had paid $1700 for the top quality in 2018 which I never received paperwork for. I then notice paint deteriorating on the roof of the car. I had to email the dealership for information about this as I had no paperwork. I then submitted a claim to be told that they only cover the clear coat on the car. As that had been worn off they would not do anything. Even though their product claims to prevent sun damage this still happened. I tried to argue that their product was faulty as this shouldn’t of happened and we had only noticed the damage to be told if you washed your car the expected time of ever 2 weeks than this shouldn’t have happened. I will never pay for this again on any cars.

The only reason I am giving the 1 star rating is because there is no 0-star option.
I have been unfortunate enough to purchase the Motor One 'X PACK' paint & interior protection package when I purchased my new car in October of 2012.
Since then, my red paint has turned pink all over the vehicle and the paint has also visibly faulted with water spots on every panel.
I contacted MotorOne Qld with my concerns in July of 2016 and after sending through all the necessary photos and paperwork, I was assured that my concerns will be rectified as soon as the car was assessed.
What followed was a full 2+ month long journey of 3 separate assessments (each time the company vigorously denied the full vehicle respray recommendations by their own assessors), incredibly poor communication (I had to call and/or e-mail nonstop to find out what was going on), hands down the worst after sales customer service experience of my life to date.
The total levels of incompetence were highlighted to me when I had to involve the company Qld representative who was as much help and as competent as the assessor I was battling to deal with.
The end result after weeks of stuffing around? A buff! The car came back still as pink and as water marked as ever lol.
On the bright side, my car is still under Honda warranty and they are respraying it for me :-)
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! THEY ARE BEYOND A JOKE!

Worst warranty in history. Paid for a lifetime warranty for paint protection that covers absolutely nothing. I have had 2 claims denied (accepted the first even though I was not given the conditions of the warranty when I purchased my new car) however, the second time was just looking at any way to not fix the paint. This company takes your money happily but are not happy to cover issues when the "paint protection" doesn't protect the paint. I would give them no stars if i could.
