Total Eden

I went down to get a valve for my water tank the young bloke gave me a unit that was quite big on coming home and putting it together I found that the hose did not pit on the unit after taking the hose down to them the boss came out and said that hasn't got a thread on it i stated I know the young bloke took my old unit and there for I don't know what goes onto it he called the young bloke out he went and got my old unit out he then said this piece has to go onto the hose it has been taken of it No I did not take it of but he then couldn't find anything to go onto the new unit so he gave me my old unit back and said you will have to cut the inside out and use that when I shook my head he decided to cut the inside of that unit out then said you will have to try and fit the connection onto the hose some how to screw it on well hello you are suppose to be the one with the knowledge you are suppose to be the expert wouldn't you just unscrew the spring clam and then just put it on to the hose and redo the spring clamp back up very poor customer service as far as I am concered won't be going back down there anymore won't be recomending them to anyone anymore
