I would highly recommend Pronto Removals. Idan who runs the business was recommended to me when I was looking for a removalist to help me with moving house and he didn't disappoint.



Pronto Removals provides friendly, efficient and professional service and is very reasonably priced in my view.



Idan came across as intelligent, accomodating and experienced at his job.



He is also very prompt with answering the phone (although he appears more professional when you talk to him in person) only minor criticism is he wasn't as reliable with communicating via email. In any case, I wouldn't consider using anybody else or hesitate to recommend him to friends.

Pronto removals moved me last week and I found them to be prompt, extremely hard working and professional in their approach. I had stairs to negotiate at on end of the move and my furniture was wrapped to avoid damage. I would certainly recommend Pronto and will use the again after my positive experience.

The worst service ever! Had a booking for the afternoon, by 5pm when I had heard nothing and they did not answer their phone, I finally managed to get them on the phone! Not even an apology, suggested we delay. AS IF! No concept of customer service, when I voiced my concerns he hung up!!! DO NOT USE!!
