Black & White Cabs

This is how a BLACK & WHITE Taxi driver parked in front of Prince Charles Hospital BRISBANE. He refused to move the car back a little bit on the grounds that it is only a taxi parking lot (not true). It is true that "civilians" are not allowed to "park" there, but they are allowed to "stand" for 20 minutes to pick up sick relatives. SHAME of you BLACK & WHITE Taxi. (The license plate it's there you can have a word with your driver).

Have read all of these reviews and agreed with them all until I got a Australian driver, who could not be more helpful. Take my groceries up to my unit, packed the cab with my groceries as well. Talked most of the way and was a really good and pleasant ride. I now ask for the same driver and he does what ever he can to make sure his clients aren’t waiting for too long at all. But I had problems before too, but not now.

Getting constantly cut off at intersections, round abouts, and merge lanes by your drivers. They are absolutely trash drivers. Have some accountability and get rid of your dangerous drivers.

Took us the long way and made us late, which also meant we got charged more then double. Do not use black and white taxi, we found yellow cabs much better priced and they knew where to go.

Disgusting! A Black and White Cab driver reversed into my car after dropping my neighbor off causing $2000 damage. Admin strung police along for over 6 weeks not providing details before revealing they conveniently only keep dash cam footage backdated a month. So now there is no footage to link the responsible driver.
Even with an independent witness, obviously no driver admitted to the damage so I'm now stuck with the bill.
Will definately NEVER be giving this company any of my business.

I am disgusted in Black and White Cabs and the people they employ as their drivers. They show no duty of care, are unprofessional and after many years of use, including for business to and from the airport, I will NEVER use you again. I believe the company has become very lax in who they accept as a driver and representative of their company and I am appalled at how your business can claim your driver placements are second to none.

Last Friday night I was refused a ride for being too intoxicated, leaving me - a 25 year old woman out on the street at 3am. I was later sexually harassed by a male, which I now can't do anything about because I was surprise, surprise too intoxicated at the time to take note of info/or make a smarter decision to get away quicker/sooner.

I believe there needs to be a better screening process for the people you employ. And a duty of care to your passengers especially women travelling intoxicated late at night. Its not always entirely our fault, nor do I make a habit of this behaviour. But it would have been nice to receive the service that I require, pay for and depended on that night. Therefore, I will never take the risk using your company again.
