My daughter played Dragon Mania Legends for 4.5 years. She has spent over $72,000 just on that game. Recently her real name was published on DML Discord Forum. Complaints were made, no support was given, and ultimately her messages blocked. She has deleted the game now and we are thoroughly disgausted with her treatment by Gameloft, especially as she has spent so much money. There seems to be a very small group of people running the Gameloft Support in Europe that have no respect or regard for the players who spend big in their games. If you keep this up then all the Whales will just leave the games and you will have nothing but free to play players generating no income. If you are thiking about downloading a Gameloft game, DON'T. These people really don't care about you, only your money. My daughters game has been deleted now and Microsoft account closed. Absolutely terrible company.
