Parcel delayed no contact from company cannot get through have tried many times to call them have been on hold for hours. Have sent messages via their website have registered my email with them no response. I would like to ad a minus to the one star

Support people outside tool ipec organization. I order 1 of oztent screen house hex and 3 of walls from TENTWORLD. They give me one tracking number. My order was on the 5th February and walls arrived on the 10th February but tent not arrived. I made phone calls to TENTWORLD answer was tent is heavy item it is on the way. It is 18th February today tent still in Brisbane depot waiting for scan. I approached TENTWORLD company to send me other tent quickly with other freight company. Not excepted. I asked them contact their freight company tool spec and let me know where is my parcel? Long story short I have to change my holiday booking for 2 weeks later day. In mean time I contacted PayPal and report what happened. Answer was wait seller to respond. It looks like getting my parcel or refund will take long time. I am worning people not to do any business with TENTWORLD and TOOL IPEC

Ordered 2 parcels on e-bay from Victoria to Brisbane. One of the two parcels ( which was part of just one order ) arrived on Hertz truck ( Not Toll Ipec , which is the company that I bought the product from uses ) as promised on the Friday. When I asked the driver where parcel number 2 was he stated that it would probably come on another truck as this was a regular thing with Toll Ipec. Advised by text on Monday that the second parcel had been loaded and would be delivered on that day. Home all day and no parcel arrived. Waited through Tuesday thinking that the driver may have been delayed but still no second part of my order. The only phone number that Toll Ipec provides sends me to Manilla nearly 6,000 kilometres away. Nice girl but of no help!!. Try once again and get another nice girl in Manilla who can only tell me what on I can get on my own computer on tracking the parcel. After sending a second e-mail to Toll Ipec I get a phone call from Mark in customer service in Brisbane. Aha I thought, a bit of luck at long last. Mark says he will discuss with the driver who had the parcel on his truck where it could be. Driver apparently stated that he put the parcel on our driveway on that Monday. Not true as I was home all day and our security cameras showed no truck entered our property on that day. Mark then stated that the driver then remembered leaving the parcel with a girl named Nicole at number 9 as nobody was home at number 11 our house number. Not true as number 9 does not have a Nicole living there. Mark then told us that he would get the driver to go back to where he distinctly remembered leaving the parcel on that day. This was Friday when we spoke to Mark and nothing happened. Waited through Monday but no more news so tried again on Tuesday and again got through to Christopher in Manilla in the Phillipines. Nice guy and he gave us the e-mail address of the company that we purchased our goods on line from. Sent them an e-mail so that they could maybe assist. Meanwhile Mark contacted us on Tuesday and stated that the driver would not be going back to where he reckoned he had left the parcel. I offered to pay the drivers wages form South Brisbane and back if he could come and show us where he left the parcel. Mark said " not going to happen, and suggest you contact your supplier as we are washing our hands of the problem" and promptly hung up in my ear. Sello, our supplier did their job professionally and e-bay have been helpful in repayment. I suggest to anybody thinking of using Toll Ipec ...DO NOT DO SO.

Usual complaint, card left - not fully filled out, lack of information, no pickup address, Then long wait on the 13xx and 1300xx numbers. Will never voluntarily use this company, cannot use the term 'service'.Robert
