"This guys had installed a termite barrier and did treatment three years ago, along with that I paid advance for annual inspection for next few years. While their service was good at the start, they aren’t keeping up with annual inspection on time, the one they were supposed to do late last year already due 6 months ago, and I am still chasing for this year.While I understand the covid and weather may have been contributing factor, it shouldn’t delay it by 6 months, especially they been paid well in advance for all this works.
