Doctors @ Pacific Fair

I have rarely had a positive interaction with any administrative staff. They speak down to you and make you feel like they’re doing you a favour to do their job. They are rude and rush you and have no manners. Hopefully management try some better training or stress more Importance in customer service.

Whoever you have answering the phone needs to be replaced. 10 minutes on hold to be hung up on EACH TIME, you call back & be told no explanation when they do answer, she couldn't even speak proper English to understand what you're saying?? Reception staff need to be able to do their job!

Seriously great medical practice with very efficient Receptionist, knowledgeable and friendly Dr's.

Very happy, have been a patient 3 plus years and highly recommend this Practice.

The receptionist / owner of this clinic needs to be reported and have her license revoked immediately!!! She is not allowing me to see my doctor over the phone and thereby restricting access to my prescription medication!!

My sprained ankle actually had 2 breaks and multiple torn ligaments, I can’t not understand why the doc couldn’t give me a referral instead of saying you wouldn’t be able to walk if it was broken, no offer of pain relief either , now I may have to have surgery to fix this - could have saved me from 7 wks of terrible pain limping around on a level 2 Webber fractures

The doctors at pacific fair is a very friendly practise who has a Manager, Pauline, that is polite & willing to help at anytime she can. The practise offers a wide variety of services & the doctor I see, Dr Derrick, is always friendly & obliging. I would recommend this practise to anyone. They also bulk bill.
