Really enjoyed my experience at summer Elisabeth day spa the massage was amazing and staff kind

Customers Beware. My husband and I booked a 1.5hr treatment and were subsequently charged for a 3hr treatment package. I have not been refunded the excess charges despite staff acknowledging that we were over charged. The services rendered were basic at best but the unauthorised charge to my credit card is more concerning. Avoid this place....

I used to be a regular at this spa but it has gotten progressively worse over the past few years. Most recently we were asked to rebook based on staff absences due to illness. We rescheduled. A few days before the appointment, 1 member of our party had the same illness but the spa would not allow us to reschedule or provide a refund. The communication was appalling and inconsistent. Very disappointing.

If I could give Elisabeth Day Spa a negative mark I would.

My brother and I booked a package for our sisters birthday, we thought we would get an amazing experience but unfortunately that was not the case.



From the beginning there was no warm greeting by the front desk.

She simply wanted us to fill out the forms and was surprised to see extra pressure would cost an extra $20. That was outrageous!

The package included 30 min in the sauna, we only spent 15 minutes, only to be asked by one of the workers to come out to be ready for our hand and foot mask , we waited a further 15 min only for one person to put moisturiser on our hands and feet for 15 seconds on each.

This is what Elisabeth Day Spa class as a hand and foot mask!

At the end of our massage one of the workers kept popping her head into the change room to check if we were ready to leave, mind you we were half naked trying to hurry along to put our clothes on. I thought this was unprofessional.



I can tell you one thing we will not be coming back to this place. I have been to many day spa's and this was the worst experience. Thanks for nothing Elisabeth Day Spa. Value your customers and your customers will value you.

I have been to Summer elisabeth day Spa last week and my experience was phenomenal. Old classic building, excellent friendly staff. Lots of optional spa upgrades. It’s so reasonably priced. Tasty herbal tea’s. I don’t think so one could get any better spa at Coast.

My husband had surprised me by paying for & booking a Day Spa treatment for me for my birthday. Unfortunately due to some family matters we were not able to make the appointment time. Therefore I phoned to reschedule or get a refund & was told they could not help me & to email their management team. Emailed their management team only to be told no refund could be given on the $260 we had paid & to simply reschedule our appointment a $132 fee would apply. Basically, this place only cares about one thing MAKING MONEY, they do not care about their customers & from the other reviews I have read on here their treatments are terrible with really bad customer service! Do yourself a favour never booking with 2nd rate places like this, worth spending a bit extra for a reputable company. Absolutely disgusted with their lack of flexibility! Thanks Summer Elisabeth Day Spa for wrecking my Birthday not that they care basically paid $260 to get mucked around!
