Animal Magic Pet Grooming

I have been a loyal customer of Animal Magic Pet Grooming for several years now, entrusting them with the grooming needs of my dogs, including my new puppy. However, my recent experiences have left me feeling deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with their services. I feel compelled to share my negative experience and caution others considering this establishment.



First and foremost, my main concern revolves around the ever-increasing and seemingly arbitrary prices set by Animal Magic Pet Grooming. While I understand that prices may need to be adjusted periodically, the inconsistencies and lack of transparency have left me perplexed. Initially, I was informed that the grooming fee for a puppy under 6 months was $50, which was a fair price. However, subsequent visits saw a continuous fluctuation in pricing. It began with a jump to $75, and every three weeks, I was greeted with a different price, ranging from $140 to an astonishing $200 for both of my dogs. This blatant disregard for consistent pricing is unacceptable and unprofessional.



Upon questioning the price hike during my latest visit, I was met with feeble explanations that did not align with their advertised rates. The pricing displayed on the wall clearly stated that small dogs were charged $90, yet they attempted to justify the increased charge by citing factors such as temperament and scissoring. It was evident that they were making up prices on the spot to suit their convenience. Furthermore, they had neglected to mention any additional charges for scissoring during my previous visit, which only adds to the sense of dishonesty and inconsistency.



Aside from the pricing issues, the actual quality of the grooming service has deteriorated as well. On multiple occasions, I have picked up my dogs only to find missed mats or areas that were left untrimmed, despite specifically requesting them to be addressed. This lack of attention to detail is a clear indication of a decline in the groomers' commitment to providing a thorough and satisfactory service.



Furthermore, when expressing my dissatisfaction to the Senior Groomer Erin, she showed no concern or willingness to address my concerns. Her indifference and lack of professionalism were disheartening, leaving me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer.



The continuous changes in pricing, coupled with the subpar grooming results and the dismissive attitude of the owner, have made it abundantly clear that Animal Magic Pet Grooming is not the place I can trust with the care of my beloved pets any longer. The constant price fluctuations upon arrival are deceptive and unprofessional, and the inconsistent quality of service is deeply disappointing.



Considering my experiences, I would strongly advise against choosing Animal Magic Pet Grooming for your pet's grooming needs. Instead, I recommend seeking a more reliable and transparent establishment that genuinely cares about the well-being and satisfaction of their customers and their furry companions.
