Great communication, good advice and professional company to deal with. Easy to understand quotes. Responsive and happy to answer queries and work with my request for changes. I would recommend speaking to them regarding any renovation or new house.

Very poor communication. Didn't brief client on changes to timeframes for quoting, and continued to seek further information right up until they chose not to provide a quote, after the client provided more than what was requested or required, wasting the clients time and money. Clearly not honest about inability to draft quote as the reason to not undertake was that they were working a number of quotes and this one did not suit them. This was the first time this possibility was mentioned in the months that this all took place. Also poor tone and attitude when queried after not hearing from them for what was an unreasonable amount of time.
Do not recommend if you want clear and timely communication from you prospective builder.
