This review related to Cassandra the receptionist and Tracey the practice manager who hung up on me!

NOT THE DOCTOR - whom they refused to let me speak to or even book an Appointment for my son

Today I received a call from Cassandra Who was rude and overall unhelpful only wanted to speak to me if I was a private patient. She told me I would have to be on the public waiting list and wait to see a doctor for my son and was unsure of the waitlist times. When I asked can I pay for a consultation and at least get him diagnosed soon? She flat out refused and said no you cannot go back to the public system once you are a private patient. I argued the point and said that’s not true because I know people who have done it. She said that’s not how it works here. I then spoke to her boss Tracey who reiterated to me the same information that Cassandra just did as well as hung up in my ear - THE STAFF ARE SO RUDE! LETS JUST HOPE MY SON DOESNT HAVE SOMETHING TERRIBLY WRONG WITH HIM
