I like a natural look and don't necessarily subscribe to the "Murdoch" beauty standards, my brows are prominent but vary in thickness so prior to having cosmetic tattooing I was always "filling in" with pencil. Sara matched the color and has given me the subtle natural look I was after. Now the second time I've had it done after the first lasted 3 years and I'm stoked with the result.

Sara and the girls are extremely professional and the salon experience was very high end. The whole process was explained and I felt very safe hands.

Iv been seeing Sara since she first opened in St Clair. She has now done my brows again at her new salon in Brompton. If you havnt been by the way her salon is gorgeous!! My brows lasted 3 and a half years and only needed a small touch up. She is very thorough and explains everything as we go. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was a repeat customer. I cancelled future appointments on the day I was to pay a deposit because my mother passed away two days earlier from a terminal illness. The message I received back from this business owner was “Thanks for notifying us earlier.” There was no other way for myself to interpret that one sentence response other than being sarcasm. Very upsetting when one is in grief. I contacted the person involved to express how distressing their response was and the rationale kept coming back to I could have contacted them earlier and that cancelled appointments can be devastating for a small business - meanwhile here I am devastated over the permanent loss of my mother. Didn’t seen to grasp that my circumstances changed because of a recent death in the family and that the following day after I was in grief.
