Whatever you do.....do not deal with this company. They sell parts that do not work and they don't provide refunds. I got stung $550 for an ECU I bought from them that didn't work. The owner was also extremely rude to me on the phone. I can't understand how these guys stay in business. Definitely go elsewhere.

Very happy with my buying experience with Niss4x4. A small issue with the tracking number was resolved quickly and efficiently.
Definitely recommend this company to any Nissan owner.

Very Disappointed. 6 weeks and still have not recieved my part and they are refusing to compensate and call me back. After ordering over the phone the staff member processed payment on my card while speaking to him. I asked "aren't you going to ask what colour and model car I have?" he said "oh yeah, what is it? Pretty sure we have it. We'll send it out today". Called back a week later. Nobody had looked for the part and nothing had been dispatched. Then, the part was supposedly delivered by TNT, recieved nothing. I called again and they said I gave authority to leave item. I didn't as its impossible to do so I'm my apartment complex as our letter boxes are in a gated area. The girl I spoke with took all my details again and said they'd send out another part that day. Another week went by... Called them again as I hadn't recieved anything. The accounts department tell me the girl I spoke to previously was fired. I told them I was waiting on a part... There response was "nah you gave authority to leave". I didn't!. I'm not one to complain but I said I was really upset as I still had not recieved the part and I had been given so many different answers and promises. The last time I spoke with accounts I was told something would be sorted out and I'd be called back. Nothing. Nobody throughout the whole experience called me. I had to call them(at least 8 times) . The worst customer service if ever experienced. $180 down the drain!

Great service and a verycost effective solution. They had the parts I needed on hand and fitted them immediately . I was amazed how easy it all was compared to the run around I had from other places. Thanks guys.
