The technicians are hopeless. The batteries r meant 2 b replaced annually. Last yr was a doozie: I said 2 the tradesman there was another smoke alarm on the 2nd for & what did he do? He ignored Dreadfume & now we have a faulty smoke alarm chirping in the common area & the office mgr just wants 2 argue with U. Abate is a really badly run company
