Phoned spoke to someone about a quote & left details for them to get back to me, nope!

Phone again left a message on their answer machine with my contact details but nobody got back to me either!

Poor customer service decided to go elsewhere...

I had a great experience at drshocks. My toyota landcruiser which I had the under body protection and rust guard done was overall a brilliant job and covered all basis where it will rust. Cheap price to and excellent customer service. My windows were also tinted by mik and great job. Id recommend them to anyone. This post before mine is incorrect and mustnt have listened to he fact he should clean the car first. Great job dr shocks

I had the underside of my 4wd sprayed with under body sealant, a thick black paint to prevent rust. 4wd was not masked up of covered with drop sheets so when I picked it up it was entirely covered with black paint overspray. I was told that my 4wd was dirty when it arrived to which I said slightly dirt yes but not covered in black paint 2 hrs later after a wash and full polish it still was not clean to my satisfaction. It took me another 3hrs using Thinners, Metho and Polish to clean the remaining paint off.

Not impressed at all, very sloppy workmanship would not recommend to any one!!
