Called up and a lady answered, I said hey how're you going, as I always do on the phone and she hung up on me! Not going to even try calling back.

I spoke to this company in early November and they gave me the name of a tiler for our project which was probably a $20,000 job. I spoke to the tiler and sent him some photos. I then sent him a follow up email 2 weeks later and he said that he would get back to me. 3 weeks later he phoned and asked for the address (again) and said he would be around that day to give a quote. I never heard from him. I sent an email to the company saying how disappointed I was and they did not even reply.
I would not recommend Exclusive Tiles to anybody as they have no idea of customer service and their tradies are appalling.
