I was surprised when it completed one year that I had purchased a notebook from them (first of had a great service and deal from Thomas the previous staff which is not there anymore)
Don't count on after sales service.
Don't count on them looking after you.
All they are looking for is making more money of you. They will change the price that was agreed on. (and leave you hanging as you are welcome to pick up your notebook and take it somewhere else)
Don't even try to reason with them as they will repeat the same thing over and over like a machine.
