with their refusal to help out with their faulty product. I am now out of pocket for a total of $822 for their media wall breaking on me two times. I have to say they were prompt with prints before this but the handling of this issue has been really poor. If a product simply doesn't work and breaks two times in a row (with the customer paying for the fix) the company should not claim that it's user fault without any evidence and not make any effort to take responsibility or try to make an effort to solve the situation.

I recommend using these guys to print flyers as they're quick but anything expensive or with a structure, like a media wall, that requires assembling and parts that can break - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING POSTER GRAPHICS
