Snap Printing

Recently I placed an order with Snap Brookvale for some company artwork to be sent out to clients that we work with.
I had to pay upfront which in hindsight meant that I couldnt really dispute the inevitable garbage that I would receive.
I sent Snap Brookvale our logo in PNG format.
I requested a specific colour for our artwork and was told last minute "this is as close as we coukd get".
Finally, I was asked to come pick up the art work and upon arrival, The art work was terribly pixelated, like I literally could had produced something on Paint and printed it on some paper and it would look miles better.
The worst part is that they quickly wrapped it up and tried to get me out of there thinking i wouldnt realise or something.
Honestly wished I had saved myself the money and done it myself.
Snap are supposed to be profesionals in their field but proved to posses less graphic design knowledge than myself (didnt know what PNG was!).
Do yourself a favour and steer clear of the Brookvale branch in particular.
Worst aspect is that if something does go wrong, they will not offer any ways to
Rectify the problem and will send you on your (not so) merry way.
