Food is terrible, constantly out of food/stock and offering you crap substitutes (such as hot and friggin spicy)....

Constantly getting your order wrong or leaving elements of your meal out....

The premises internally looks like a bomb has hit the place with chicken, chips and other rubbish all over the floor, especially in the food preparation area....

Discussing!!! Appualing.. drive throu box is crackly and katie screams down the box. We were refused service cause they couldnt hear us.
frustration lead to my partner saying f#@k... they heard that. Cant deal with customers at all...very disappointed with when we asked for manager... it took 5mins for no one not even manager to talk to us. Katie came back sorry we wont be serving u. No service no manager.
