Without hesitation, and for over 6 years I have travelled 45minutes to have Steve and Robyn service my vehicles because I can be guaranteed that they will provide comprehensive, quality service at a reasonable price, whilst keeping me informed at all times.

I have been taking my cars to Steve for the last few years and have always found the customer service to be exemplary. The attention to detail to the mechanical service is always second-to-none. My cars have never had subsequent 'issues' after their services at Steve Sorensen, unlike some other mechanics I have taken my cars to in the past. Steve never pushes you to get work done unnecessarily; again, unlike other mechanics. Then there's the little things that bring everything to the fore. The text reminders that your car is due for service, the fact that all service personnel at the garage say hello to you, the clean and tidy condition the service centre is always in, the fact you can grab a cup of coffee in the waiting room. I recommend Steve Sorensen Mechanical to everyone I know. I will be sticking with this garage until they shut the thing down.

I was very unhappy with the last experience here. I have been taking a car to this mechanic over the past few years, but was really let down on the last service. They were a small business who previously valued customers but I feel they have gotten too big and no longer care about the service they give. My car which had not had an issue with starting previously would not start after the last service they performed. It was argued that all I paid for was a basic service and that is all I got .... Gone are the days where they actually checked into issues and provided a solution .... If all I wanted was a basic service with an oil change ... I can do that my self ... I expected the car to be looked over and provided with a list of problems and solutions needed ... I would not recommend taking your car here as you are now treated more like a number then a valued customer ... I pay well over $600 for an average service for my new Subaru and at least I feel confident everything is done ... If they wish to argue about what is paid for ... then up the prices ... at least maybe then there will be no excuses when problems are missed! Not Happy!
