The worst customer service over the phone. They put on hold even not saying and for a long time and finally disconnects and dont call back. Crap people, should be complained to higher authority.

These guys are worst liars and give terrible service. They keep telling you that they will call in 5 mins and never call back. I wanted to book hotel package and called about 7 times but every time i was told that we will check and call you back. Rohit from Gurkhas lied so many times and promised call backs but never did. I finally gave up and booked through another agent. Will never go to Gurkhas ever
