Hi,
Have to relate my appalling experience at your pharmacy this morning. I arrived at 830 this morning with scripts for my 2 sons ADHD medication. I left the scripts and went to get milk and bread. When I left there was no one in front of me in the service queue.
When I returned, at 8.50 the scripts had not even been passed to the pharmacist, a dozen orders had been processed ahead of me. Methadone was being given ahead of me.
It took a further 30 minutes for my scripts to be filled and when I complained about the order of service and length of wait time, I was given weak excuses of walk ins and phone orders... all of which came in AFTER me, and was then rudely dismissed when I pointed this out.
I will be posting this message everywhere I can, and I hope that some staff education takes place to ensure that the universally accepted system of first come first served is adhered to, and customers are treated with politeness, courtesy and most of all RESPECT.
